a. that the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture Number 38/Kpts/HK.060/I/2006 already determined Types of Quarantine Plant Pest Organism of Group I Category A1 and A2, Group II Category A1 and A2, Parent Plant, Carrier Media and Spread Area;
b. that based on the risk analysis result and monitoring result of plant Pest Organism there are some changes in the status of quarantine plant pest organisms;
c. that based on the considerations as intended in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to re-determine types of quarantine plant pest organisms, by Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture;

6. Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 22/Permentan/OT.140/4/2008 concerning Organization and Administration of Agricultural Quarantine Technical Implementation Unit;
7. Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 09/Permentan/OT.140/2/2009 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Plant Quarantine Measures Against Entry of Quarantine Plant Pest Organisms into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE CONCERNING TYPES OF QUARANTINE PLANT PEST ORGANISMS
(1) Based on the presence of quarantine plant pest organisms they are categorized become quarantine plant pest organism of category A1 and quarantine plant pest organism of category A2.
(2) Quarantine plant pest organisms of category A1 are quarantine plant pest organisms have not been found in Indonesia.
(3) Quarantine plant pest organisms of category A2 are quarantine plant pest organisms have been found in Indonesia, but are still limited and are being controlled.
(1) Based on the result of plant quarantine measures through treatment, quarantine plant pest organisms are grouped become quarantine plant pest organism of group I and quarantine plant pest organism of group II.
(2) Quarantine plant pest organisms of group I as intended in paragraph (1) are quarantine plant pest organisms that can not be released from the carrier media of quarantine plant pest organisms.
(3) Quarantine plant pest organisms of group II as intended in paragraph (1) are quarantine plant pest organisms that can be released from the carrier media of quarantine plant pest organisms.
Types of quarantine plant pest organisms as intended in Article 1 and group of quarantine plant pest organisms as intended in Article 2, as listed in Attachment as an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
With the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation, Decree of the Minister of Agriculture Number 38/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006 concerning Types of Quarantine Plant Pest Organism of Group I Category A1 and A2, Group II Category A1 and A2, Parent Plant, Carrier Media and Spread Area shall be revoked and declared null and void.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
